📜 Terms & Conditions – Greet Gallery Pricing Plans

1. General

  • By subscribing to any Greet Gallery plan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Greet Gallery is a virtual service; no physical product is included unless specified (e.g., gift delivery).

2. Plans & Validity

  • Daily Plans: Valid for 24 hours from the time of activation.

  • Weekly Plans: Valid for 7 consecutive days from activation.

  • Monthly Plans: Valid for 30 consecutive days from activation.

  • Extensions are not allowed; once the period ends, the gallery will be automatically unpublished.

3. Payments

  • All payments must be made in advance to activate the plan.

  • Prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes (as applicable).

  • Payments are non-refundable once the gallery is live.

4. Content Policy

  • Customers are responsible for the photos, videos, and content uploaded.

  • Content should not contain offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material without permission.

  • Greet Gallery reserves the right to remove galleries violating these rules.

5. Gifting Service

  • Gifts can be sent directly through our platform (based on availability and delivery region).

  • Delivery timelines are subject to partner logistics.

  • Refunds/replacements are applicable only in case of non-delivery or damaged goods.

6. Modifications & Cancellations

  • Customers can request changes (photos, text, music) only within the plan’s active period.

  • Cancellation after activation is not allowed.

7. Technical Support

  • Support is available for gallery access issues.

  • Internet speed and device compatibility are the user’s responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Greet Gallery is not liable for network issues, third-party payment failures, or gift courier delays.

  • Service is provided on an “as is” basis.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by Indian law.

  • Any disputes will be subject to Chennai jurisdiction.
